In Coordination Meeting with the Members of BUSOG-(Business Union of Stores and Gastro Hubs Santo Tomas Association and Other Food Merchants in Preparation for the Upcoming Araw ng Sto. Tomas Food Bazaar
On 29 June 2026, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the Business Permits and Licensing Section (BPLS), in coordination with the Municipal Economic Enterprise Development and Management Office (MEEDMO), Municipal Engineering Office, and Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), conducted a Coordination Meeting with the Members of the BUSOG Santo Tomas Association and other participating food merchants at the GSO Conference Hall.
The activity was aim to prepare for the upcoming Araw ng Sto. Tomas Food Bazaar and to ensure the orderly implementation of the event. During the meeting, the participating offices discussed the event guidelines, operational procedures, booth management, sanitation and food safety requirements, waste management measures, engineering concerns, and other applicable municipal regulations. The participants were likewise informed of their respective roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance with the prescribed standards and in ensuring the successful conduct of the food bazaar. An open forum was also facilitated to address the concerns, clarifications, and recommendations raised by the participating vendors.
