💧 Engineering Fact: Bigger Doesn't Always Mean Better.
Isa sa mga madalas kong naririnig sa industry:
"Kapag dual membrane, dapat mas malaki ang water softener."
"Kapag triple o quadruple membrane, kailangan mas malaki ulit."
This is one of the biggest misconceptions in water treatment.
The size of a water softener is not determined by the number of RO membranes.
It is engineered based on:
✅ Feed water flow rate
✅ Raw water hardness (Calcium & Magnesium)
✅ Required production capacity
✅ Resin exchange capacity
✅ Desired regeneration frequency
Kung tataas ang system capacity, maaaring lumaki rin ang water softener—but because of the higher flow and hardness loading, not simply because nadagdagan ang RO membranes.
Ganito ang engineering. Hindi assumption. Hindi "ganito kasi ang nakasanayan."
Whether it's for a water refilling station, commercial building, food manufacturing plant, hospital, hotel, pharmaceutical facility, boiler feed system, or industrial water treatment plant, the design principles remain the same.
At ZOLTECH Water Solutions Inc., every system is designed based on actual water analysis, engineering computations, and client requirements—never on hearsay or chismis.
Remember:
Engineering is about calculations, not assumptions.
Because in water treatment...
One system does not fit all.
