Every June 24, the people of Sara come together to honor Saint John the Baptist and celebrate the Baptism of Jesus Christ through the joyful tradition of Sulay Basya. Water, the symbol of cleansing, renewal, and faith, fills the streets as families, friends, and visitors join in this unique and vibrant celebration.

If you're joining the festivities, here are a few friendly reminders:
