We are happy to inform you that our main fiber backbone cable has been successfully repaired and spliced by our emergency field crew!

All internet services in Brgy. Libay, Kanim, Sinipay, Panganuran, and Sawang are now fully operational and running at 100% capacity.

⚙️ QUICK RECONNECT TIP:

If your devices are still showing "No Internet," please perform a quick 10-second power cycle on your Wi-Fi router (unplug it from the wall, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in) to refresh your connection to our core server.

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing a Fiber Optic Cable Break, which is affecting internet and network services in several areas.

📍 Affected Areas:
Libay - Looc
Kanim
Sinipay
Panganuran
Sawang

🛠️ Current Status & Actions

Our technical team has already been dispatched to the site to locate the exact point of the break and begin emergency repair operations.

Issue: Total/Partial loss of connectivity due to physical fiber damage.

Target Resolution Time (ETR):3 to 5 hours

💡Note: Your connection will automatically restore once the physical repair and splicing are completed. We kindly ask that you keep your modems/routers plugged in and avoid resetting your devices during this period.
