Day 1/2: A new client has engaged in a 2-day on-site consultation focused on pizza operations, kitchen workflow optimization, and staff training for a restaurant and resort located in Trece Martires, Cavite.
The consultation will cover the development and refinement of the pizza program, including dough preparation, sauce standardization, topping combinations, and baking techniques to ensure consistent product quality. In parallel, the kitchen flow will be assessed and improved to enhance efficiency, minimize bottlenecks, and streamline coordination between prep, cooking, and service stations.
