HIRING: DRAFTSMAN AND LIAISON OFFICER (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Santa Rosa City, Laguna
Work Setup: On-site / In-person
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman and Liaison Officer who can produce high-quality drawings and handle field coordination tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Well-versed in drafting (CAD) using 2D, 3D, and Revit
At least 3 years of experience in CAD for engineering and architectural applications
Knowledgeable in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Architectural, and Electronic works
Capable of providing bill of quantities or materials
Patient, hardworking, and demonstrates initiative
Able to work with minimal supervision
Must have driving skills (2 wheels and 4 wheels)
Experienced in liaison and errand works
Strong communication skills
Willing and able to travel or commute as needed

Requirements:
Must be willing to commute or relocate to Santa Rosa City, Laguna before starting work
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in drafting (Required)
At least 3 years of experience as a liaison (Required)
Willing to travel up to 75% of the time
