The TDS for purified is 0 to 10 as per Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water (PNSDW) governed by FDA Philippines. Total Dissolved Solids are the total weight of all solids (minerals, salts or metals) that are dissolved in a given volume of water expressed in milligrams per liter (mg/L) or in parts per million (PPM).

The total dissolved solids present in water are one of the leading causes of turbidity and sediments in drinking water. When left unfiltered, total dissolved solids can be the cause of various diseases. It is the general indicator of water quality.

We are happy to inform you that the TDS of Olongapo Purified Drinking Water Refilling Station is at ACCEPTABLE TDS. It is being measured by our station personnel everyday to monitor the water quality.
