𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲!

The Local Government Unit of Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao del Norte paid a Courtesy Visit to the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) – Eastern Mindanao Regional Office, headed by Mr. Eldie C. Barrientos.

The meeting highlighted key discussions on the Electronic Business One-Stop Shop (eBOSS), focusing on the compliance, achievements, and challenges encountered by LGU Sultan Kudarat in streamlining business processes. Additionally, the team tackled the LGU’s compliance with the Citizen’s Charter, the formulation of feedback mechanisms, and the request for ARTA’s support in conducting an orientation for frontline service employees.

Representing LGU Sultan Kudarat were Ms. Amabel Palalisan (HRMO III), Mr. Kambal Ali (Licensing Officer II), and Mr. Abdul Majeed Khalid (Treasury Staff). From ARTA, participants included Mr. Eldie C. Barrientos (OIC Regional Director), Ms. Marie Joy Kamille Dayhon (Supervising Administrative Officer), and Mr. Jasper Paquibo (Program Officer).

This collaborative engagement underscores a shared commitment to improving transparency, efficiency, and citizen-centered service delivery.
