A successful Management Review Committee Meeting was held on June 2, 2023, at the SNSU Boardroom, attended by the University President, Dr. Gregorio Z. Gamboa, Jr.; Vice President for Administration, Dr. Rowena A. Plando; Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Emmylou A. Borja; Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Extension, Dr. Mauricio S. Adlaon.
Also present were City Campus Director, Dr. Ronita E. Talingting; COT Dean, Marilou B. Carnicer; Malimono Campus Director, Dr. Leonielyn G. Malicay; Mainit Campus Director, Edwin C. Escobal; Del Carmen Campus Director, Dr. Romy Jun A. Sunico; Human Resource Designate, Dr. Rosemarie C. Arcaya; CEIT Dean, Robert R. Bacarro; CTE Dean, Dr. Carmelin P. Mosa; Supply Officer, Evelyn M. Madrid, Accounting Office Head, Ms. Gay Rose M. Seguera; City Planning Officer, Kristopher M. Ngilangil, Cashier/Accounting Designate of Del Carmen Campus, Alder II L. Omac; Income Generating Director, Belinda R. Ensomo; and the Head of Document Control Office, Ms. Irish A. Oxtero.
The Officer-in-Charge-Director of Quality Management System, Dr. Leonielyn G. Malicay, presided over the meeting.
The objectives of the said meeting were; the presentation of the summary of the 2023 1st Internal Audit conducted last March to April 2023, and the commitment of every head of the office from the different campuses.
Dr. Merlyn L. Estoque (IQA, Lead Auditor) and Ms. Medielyn M. Odtojan (IQA Focal Person) presented the report. During the report, everyone gained valuable insights into its operations, identifying the strengths and weaknesses and the areas that need improvement. A comprehensive overview was presented by the two presenters that created a deep discussion of the effective strategies for further enhancing the institution's services to its customer.
