Goals and dreams are two things that we all have.
Every single one of us has what it takes to achieve them, what separates us is how dedicated we are to bringing them fourth into reality.
There is two choices when you wake up in the morning:

1) - Go back to sleep.
2) - Make your dreams a reality.

What do I mean when I say I have dedicated my life to reaching my goals?
When you're dedicated it means you are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that dreams are associated with Disney Land and your life is associated with achievement.

How dedicated to your goals are you? Be honest with yourself.
You're either on point or off point. There is no in between.

10 Ways to Instantly Build Self Confidence

Self-confidence is the difference between feeling unstoppable and feeling scared out of your mind. Your perception of yourself has an enormous impact on how others perceive you. Perception is reality — the more self-confidence you have, the more likely it is you’ll succeed.

Although many of the factors affecting self-confidence are beyond your control, there are a number of things you can consciously do to build self-confidence.

By using these 10 strategies you can get the mental edge you need to reach your potential.

Build Self Confidence

1. Dress Sharp
Although clothes don’t make the man, they certainly affect the way he feels about himself. No one is more conscious of your physical appearance than you are. When you don’t look good, it changes the way you carry yourself and interact with other people. Use this to your advantage by taking care of your personal appearance. In most cases, significant improvements can be made by bathing and shaving frequently, wearing clean clothes, and being cognizant of the latest styles.

This doesn't mean you need to spend a lot on clothes. One great rule to follow is “spend twice as much, buy half as much”. Rather than buying a bunch of cheap clothes, buy half as many and select high quality items. In long run this decreases spending because expensive clothes wear out less easily and stay in style longer than cheap clothes. Buying less also helps reduce the clutter in your closet.

2. Walk Faster
One of the easiest ways to tell how a person feels about himself is to examine his walk. Is it slow? tired? painful? Or is it energetic and purposeful? People with confidence walk quickly. They have places to go, people to see, and important work to do. Even if you aren’t in a hurry, you can increase your self-confidence by putting some pep in your step. Walking 25% faster will make you look and feel more important.

3. Good Posture
Similarly, the way a person carries herself tells a story. People with slumped shoulders and lethargic movements display a lack of self-confidence. They aren't enthusiastic about what they’re doing and they don’t consider themselves important. By practicing good posture, you’ll automatically feel more confident. Stand up straight, keep your head up, and make eye contact. You’ll make a positive impression on others and instantly feel more alert and empowered.

4. Personal Commercial
One of the best ways to build confidence is listening to a motivational speech. Unfortunately, opportunities to listen to a great speaker are few and far between. You can fill this need by creating a personal commercial. Write a 30-60 second speech that highlights your strengths and goals. Then recite it in front of the mirror aloud (or inside your head if you prefer) whenever you need to boost your confidence.

5. Gratitude
When you focus too much on what you want, the mind creates reasons why you can’t have it. This leads you to dwell on your weaknesses. The best way to avoid this is consciously focusing on gratitude. Set aside time each day to mentally list everything you have to be grateful for. Recall your past successes, unique skills, loving relationships, and positive momentum. You’ll be amazed how much you have gained and it motivates you to take that next step towards success.

6. Compliment other people
When we think negatively about ourselves, we often project that feeling on to others in the form of insults and gossip. To break this cycle of negativity, get in the habit of praising other people. Refuse to engage in backstabbing gossip and make an effort to give compliment those around you. In the process, you’ll become well liked and you will build self-confidence. By looking for the best in others, you indirectly bring out the best in yourself.

7. Sit in the front row
In schools, offices, and public assemblies around the world, people constantly strive to sit at the back of the room. Most people prefer at the back because they’re afraid of being noticed. This reflects a lack of self-confidence. By deciding to sit in the front row, you can get over this irrational fear and build your self-confidence. You’ll also be more visible to the important people talking in front of the room.

8. Speak up
During group discussions many people don’t speak up because they’re afraid that people will judge them for saying something stupid. This fear isn't really justified. Generally, people are much more accepting than we imagine. In fact most people are dealing with the exact same fears. By making an effort to speak up at least once in every group discussion, you’ll become a better public speaker, more confident in your own thoughts, and recognized as a leader by your peers.

9. Work out
Along the same lines as personal appearance, physical fitness has a huge effect on self-confidence. If you’re out of shape, you’ll feel insecure, unattractive, and less energetic. By working out, you improve your physical appearance, energize yourself, and accomplish something positive. Having the discipline to work out not only makes you feel better, it creates positive momentum that you can build for the rest of the day.

10. Focus on contribution
Too often we get caught up in our own desires. We focus too much on ourselves and not enough on the needs of other people. If you stop thinking about yourself and concentrate on the contribution you’re making to the rest of the world, you won’t worry as much about your own flaws. This will increase self-confidence and allow you to contribute with maximum efficiency. The more you contribute to the world the more you’ll be rewarded with personal success and recognition.

When I was younger, I didn't know what it was that I wanted to do when I grew up, I just knew I wanted it to be something GREAT.

And I never lost this desire like most people do as they "grow up." :)

Mentoring notes

Step #1: Be knowledgeable of the system.

Start by learning the basics of the system. If you are not comfortable learning new things, don't worry, just try it. You will find that after doing it once or twice, it's actually very easy. If you are considering using this technology to earn extra, then all the more you should learn it. After all, rule #1 is to "know your business," right?

Step #2: Use the system.

Start by loading yourself, your family, and your friends. Use the system and within no time, you will have made your initial investment back, plus you will have made your initial target group to bring with you to the next step. Your goal at this step is to establish and grow regular customers to utilize the system. Don't worry, even if you are the only person using the system for personal load, you will still benefit from the huge savings you get as time passes. After all, a piso saved is a piso earned, right?

Step #3: Promote your product and let people know.

By the time you get to this step, you should already be comfortable with the ins and outs of your business. There is no need to actively and forcefully promote your product if you are not ready, but start by creating interest. Post ads on your Facebook wall, talk about it, tell your friends and family who load from you about it. If you've followed step #2, then you could tell them the next time they load, "Why don't you just join 1BRO so that you could get the discounts for your self?" Remember, the lifeblood of this kind of business is prospecting or having a number of people to share the business too. You are practically guaranteed success if you make it a habit to talk about your business every chance you get.

Step #4: Organize your prospect list.

If you are serious in this kind of business, then make it systematic and organize. Maintain a list of those that you are in contact with that are potential members or candidates to join 1BRO. Update it regularly with notes such as when to follow up or contact again if they say that they will join. Keep adding people to this list and only cross out or remove an item if you are told "I'm really not interested". Other than that, if they say that they are interested and will join at some point in the future, continue to follow up until the deal is closed. Once that happens, your task is to get those new members ready to do what you are doing by following the next step.

Step #5: Invite -> Present -> Train -> Keep -> Repeat

The MOST important aspect of this business is duplication. This means that the contact with the person DOES NOT END when they become a member. You should make it a goal to replicate yourself and get them to know as much, or even more, about the business as you. Remember that their success is your success. Support your teams until they are in a position to lead their own teams. The more support, training and knowledge you give, the closer you are to guaranteed success.

13 Signs you’re succeeding in Life

We all feel like failures from time to time. While this is a normal feeling, you have to find a way to see yourself and your life from a different perspective. Sometimes we ignore the “little things.” Just because you are not a millionaire, don’t live in a mansion, and you don’t drive a fancy car, that doesn’t mean you’re a failure. In fact, it’s quite the contrary.

Here are 13 signs that you are succeeding in life:

1. You are not afraid to ask for help and support any more.
Asking for help does not equal weakness. In fact, it is strength. No person has ever succeeded in isolation. It takes teamwork to accomplish goals. Asking or help is a sign that you have grown as a person.

2. You have raised your standards.
You don’t tolerate bad behavior anymore – from other people, or even yourself. You hold people accountable for their actions. You don’t spend time with the “energy vampires” in your life anymore.

3. You have moments where you appreciate who you see in the mirror.
Ideally, you should appreciate who you see in the mirror at every moment. But even if that doesn’t happen, if you do it more than you used to, then that is success. Love yourself. You are awesome.

4. You have learned that setbacks and failure are part of self-growth.
Not everyone can have success 100% of the time. That’s just not realistic. Life is about victories and losses. So look at your setbacks as stepping stones to something better. In reality, there really is no such thing as setback. It’s all just part of an amazing journey.

5. You don’t complain much.
Because you know there really is nothing to complain about. Unless you really have gone through some terrible life experience and had unimaginable losses, most of what we all experience on a day-to-day basis is just ordinary. And successful people know that. And they live in a space of gratitude.

6. You can celebrate others’ successes.
Just because other people succeed, that doesn’t make you a failure. Applaud the people who rise to the top. The more positive energy you give to other people’s victories, the more you will create your own.

7. You have things to look forward to.
If you don’t have exciting things going on in your life that you are eagerly anticipating, then you are slowly dying inside. Successful people create goals that they are passionate about pursuing. They let this excitement drive their life.

8. You have goals that have come true.
Even though “failures” are a part of life, you have stuck to your goals and dreams long enough to make them come to completion. You have some tastes of victory. It fuels you.

9. You don’t care what other people think.
You know you can’t please everyone. You know that the standard with which society judge’s people is many times unrealistic. So you just keep true to yourself and love the person you are.

10. You always look on the bright side.
Life can be full of disappointments – if you choose to see them that way. Otherwise, they are learning opportunities. No negative experience is ever wasted as long as you learn from it.

11. You accept what you can’t change.
Let’s face it – there are many things you can’t change in life. All you can change is how you view what happens. If you can change your negative perspective on situations to a positive one, then you are successful.

12. You change what you can.
And let’s face it again – there are many things you can change in life. Successful people don’t sit around accepting the negatives that are changeable. They get out there and do something about it!!

13. You are happy.
To me, this is the ultimate definition of success. It doesn’t matter what the balance is in your bank account, how big your house is, or how many fancy vacations you take. If you are happy, then you are succeeding in life.

Even if you don’t see yourself in many of these 13 things, don’t worry. It’s okay. Be happy that you see yourself in just a few. In time, the rest will come. You just need to keep moving forward.

Your friend in success,
Ariel Rabaya

What’s the difference between Rich and Poor?

Magic doesn't exist when it comes to living wealthy. Lots of people are complaining saying that they work so hard like the rich too but don’t get a better result like the rich does.
There will be always a combination in that, sometimes, you need to be a little SMARTER instead of working harder! So it draws out a conclusion that said “The rich thinks different from the poor”.

Below are some comparison between the poor and the rich:

The rich mindset

1. It is better to achieve nothing in a short time but gain more wealth in a long term.
2. Rich people are always willing to take the risk by understanding that there will be a potential risk of loss and gaining, but if it is a loss, they will consider it as a learning lesson and never make the mistake again. We all know people do make mistake but at least we know we have to find out a way to get over it.
3. They always have a positive reaction. It means when it comes to the opportunity they act quickly to take chance but very slowly to give up.
4. They always be a student. There is no such thing that can assure that you don’t need any more education if you want success. Keep on learning new things and helping others grow is the key.
5. They have a passion of being financial freedom, goal, or dream about different things they can do while many others seem to ignore. Every person does have dream, but the problem is that, those people being not successful never care or lazy to follow.
6. Successful person would keep their commitment so strictly in order to drive their motivation forward. What keep them motivated are thinking smarter and more positive. Ex: He can do it, why can’t I? What is my long term earning instead of how much I make now! etc.
7. They are at first becoming a giver before gainer. Ex: If you want someone to respect you- you need to respect them first, if you want people to buy your product- you need to first let them try it for free.
8. They have a special power of now or never! If they want to achieve things they want, they are going to do it now- not next week or next month.
9. Die trying or dead, this is what a rich would said. Ex: Like when you were a child as you develop yourself, you will try to stand, walk, and run- but going through the process, you will face many falls but what it makes you walk like today because of trying again and again constantly. So as business, you will win or lose, but the important secret is that you never quit.
10. They have a passion to be a core leader- someone who is giving advice and not someone being getting advice.
11. They are focusing on their valuable life, spend quality times with family, taking vacation anywhere they want without have to worry about money.

The poor mindset

1. Like to think about money before even accomplish a thing. They have a mindset of short term earning instead of long term gaining.
2. The poor like to play Even. They are afraid to take any risk because of being fear of loss. They would sit there and wait for someone else to get succeed first so they can follow but by that time, they don’t know it is too late already to join.
3. When it comes to making wealth, they are so slow to act, but easy to fall back when they face problems.
4. They want a security in their life by working hard and be a good employee, but little that they know with the economy like today, your security is on fire.
5. They would see only what they see but never dream of making thing bigger.
6. They don’t have a positive thinking. They are feared of taking chances!
7. They like to blame others when thing doesn’t become as what they thought of or they try to change their motion without caring or any responsibility.
8. Giving up at the first place- as soon as they discover that it is hard for them, they would say “I can’t do it, it is hard.”
9. They put excuses in front of everything. If a person is trying to offer him a better life changing, he would say “it is too hard, I can’t do It.”, “I am so busy and no time to learn new thing”, “I don’t have money.” etc. But little as they know they are killing their dream.
10. They are used to live a hard life. The salary from their job would be just enough to eat and live.

After reading all these, who do you want to be- The rich or the poor?

9 Things You Can Do Today That Will Improve the Quality of Your Life

Sometimes, we tend to get so caught up in the everyday parts of life that we forget what we were put on Earth to do: live a really, really awesome life.

Here are 9 things you can do right now that will improve your quality of life.

1. Call a loved one
There’s always that loved one who makes us light up when we speak with them, but life just gets in the way, and we let weeks slip by without saying a word.
Shoot them a text, or give them a call. You know that talking to them will totally make your day.

2. Make a list of everything you’re thankful for
Okay, this might sound super cheesy, but practicing gratitude is a great way to boost your spirits. Sometimes, we all need a little reminder of how lucky we are.

3. Watch something funny
Did you know that laughing is actually really good for you? It can lower stress, strengthen your immune system, and even burn calories. Plus, it releases endorphin's, which will put you in a better mood. Put on your favorite stand-up routine or watch a funny movie.

4. Plan your day
Sometimes, we can get down in the dumps a little just because there are so many things to do. But really, if we just had a plan, it would all be totally doable. Make a plan for the rest of your day and stick to it. Don’t forget to leave a little room for relaxation!

5. Wear your much-loved outfit
Looks aren't everything of course, but it’s undeniable: when you feel attractive, you’ll feel happier. Put on your favorite outfit and admire yourself in the mirror!

6. Start saving up for something you've always wanted
Is there something that’s a little out-of-range financially that you've always wanted? Perhaps it’s a big screen TV, or maybe a beautiful bass guitar.
Make a little section of your bank account devoted specifically to that one thing, and start setting aside a small portion of your pay check every week for that thing.

7. Plan a day trip!
Been so busy that you've just had no down time? Today, schedule a day trip for a few weeks from now with a few loved ones to a nice place somewhat close by, whether that’s the beach, a hiking trail, or an awesome city. You’ll have something awesome to look forward to!

8. Help somebody out
Another cheesy one, but really—isn't it the best feeling to help somebody? Go out of your way to assist someone in a time of need, whether that’s a stranger or your best friend.

9. Go on a nature walk
Go outside and appreciate nature. Take a camera along, and maybe a blanket, a picnic, and a book. Relax and soak it all in.
Remember: life is pretty great.

A Habits that separates RICH people and Poor one: Your autopilot mode can make you wealthy or poor.

Intelligence, talent and charm are great, but more often than not these aren't what separate the wealthiest among us from the poorest.
Instead, the differences are in our daily habits. Do you realize that these subconscious, second-nature activities make up 40 percent of our waking hours? That means that two out of every five minutes, all day and every day, we operate on autopilot. It’s true: Habits are neural pathways stored in the basal ganglia, a golf ball-size mass of tissue right in the center of our brains, in the limbic system.
This neural fast lane is meant to save the brain energy: When a habit is formed and stored in this region, the parts of the brain involved in deeper decision-making cease to fully participate in the activity. However, we all know that there are good habits and bad habits.

Some of the differences between rich and poor are obvious, while others are a little more surprising.

Here are the most important Rich Habits you can take up to reach and maintain your wealth potential.

1. Read every day.
Reading information that will increase your knowledge about your business or career will make you more valuable to colleagues, customers or clients. Among wealthy people, 88 percent read 30 minutes or more every day. Just as important, they make good use of their reading time:
▲ 63 percent listen to audio books during their commute.
▲ 79 percent read educational career-related material.
▲ 55 percent read for personal development.
▲ 58 percent read biographies of successful people.
▲ 94 percent read current events.
▲ 51 percent read about history.
▲ 11 percent—only 11 percent—read purely for entertainment purposes.
The reason successful people read is to improve themselves. This separates them from the competition. By increasing their knowledge, they are able to see more opportunities, which translate into more money. Comparatively speaking, only one in 50 of those struggling financially engage in this daily self-improvement reading, and as a result the poor don’t grow professionally and are among the first to be fired or downsized.

2. Spend less time surfing the Internet.
How much of your valuable time do you lose parked in front of a screen? Two-thirds of wealthy people watch less than an hour of TV a day and almost that many—63 percent—spend less than an hour a day on the Internet unless it is job-related.
Instead, these successful people use their free time engaged in personal development, networking, volunteering, working side jobs or side businesses, or pursuing some goal that will lead to rewards down the road. But 77 percent of those struggling financially spend an hour or more a day watching TV, and 74 percent spend an hour or more a day using the Internet for recreational purposes.

3. Control your emotions.
Not every thought needs to come out of your mouth. Not every emotion needs to be expressed. When you say whatever is on your mind, you risk hurting others. Loose lips are a habit for 69 percent of those who struggle financially. Conversely, 94 percent of wealthy people filter their emotions. They understand that letting emotions control them can destroy relationships at work and at home. Wait to say what’s on your mind until you’re calm and have had time to look at the situation objectively.
Fear is perhaps the most important negative emotion to control. Any change, even positive changes such as marriage or a promotion, can prompt feelings of fear. Wealthy people have conditioned their minds to overcome these thoughts, while those who struggle financially give in to fear and allow it to hold them back.
Whether you fear change, making mistakes, taking risks or simply failure, conquering these emotions is about leaning in just a little until you build up confidence. It’s amazing how much confidence helps.

4. Network and volunteer regularly.
You’ll build valuable relationships that can result in more customers or clients, or help you land a better job if you spend time pressing the flesh and giving back in your community. Almost three-quarters of wealthy people network and volunteer a minimum of five hours a month. Among those struggling financially, only one in 10 does this.
One incentive of volunteering is the company you’ll keep. Very often the boards and committees of non-profits are made up of wealthy, successful people. Developing personal relationships with these folks will often result in future business relationships.

5. Go above and beyond in work and business.
Unsuccessful people have “it’s not in my job description” syndrome. Consequently, they are never given more responsibility, and their wages grow very little from year to year—if they keep their jobs at all. Wealthy individuals, on the other hand, make themselves invaluable to their employers or customers, writing articles related to their industry, speaking at industry events and networking. Successful people work hard to achieve the mutual goals of their employers or their businesses.

6. Set goals, not wishes.
You cannot control the outcome of a wish, but you can control the outcome of a goal.
Every year, 70 percent of the wealthy pursue at least one major goal. Only 3 percent of those struggling to make ends meet do this.

7. Avoid procrastination.
Successful people understand that procrastination impairs quality; creates dissatisfied employers, customers or clients; and damages other non-business relationships.
Here are five strategies that will help you avoid procrastination:
▲ Create daily “to-do” lists. These are your daily goals. You want to complete 70 percent or more of your “to-do” items every day.
▲ Have a “daily five.” These activities represent the crucial things that will help you get closer to realizing some major purpose or goal.
▲ Set and communicate artificial deadlines. There’s nothing wrong with finishing early.
▲ Have accountability partners. These are people you team with to pursue a big goal. Communicate with them at least every week, and make sure they hold your feet to the fire.
▲ Say a “do it now” affirmation. This is a self-nagging technique. Repeat the words “do it now” over and over again until you begin a task or project.

8. Talk less and listen more.
A 5-to-1 ratio is about right: You should listen to others five minutes for every one minute that you speak. Wealthy people are good communicators because they are good listeners. They understand that you can learn and educate yourself only by listening to what other people have to say. The more you learn about your relationships, the more you can help them.

9. Avoid toxic people.
We are only as successful as the people we spend the most time with. Of wealthy, successful people, 86 percent associate with other successful people. But 96 percent of those struggling financially stick with others struggling financially.
If you want to end your financial struggles, you need to evaluate each of your relationships and determine if they are a Rich Relationship (with someone who can help you up) or a Poverty Relationship (with someone holding you back). Start spending more and more time on your Rich Relationships and less on your Poverty Relationships. Rich Relationships can help you find a better job, refer new business to you or open doors of opportunity.

10. Don’t give up.
Those who are successful in life have three things in common: focus, persistence and patience. They simply do not quit chasing their big goals. Those who struggle financially stop short.

11. Set aside those self-limiting beliefs that holds you back.
If you’re hurting financially, you've probably told yourself some of these untruths before: Poor people can’t become rich. Rich people have good luck and poor people have bad luck. I’m not smart. I can’t do anything right. I fail at everything I try.
Each one of these self-limiting beliefs alters your behavior in a negative way. Almost four out of five wealthy people attribute their success in life to their beliefs. Change your negative beliefs into positive affirmations by reading lessons from the greats of personal development, like Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie and Jim Rohn.

12. Get a mentor.
Among the wealthy, 93 percent who had a mentor attributed their success to that person. Mentors regularly and actively participate in your growth by teaching you what to do and what not to do. Finding such a teacher is one of the best and least painful ways to become rich.
If you know your goals, find someone who has already achieved them. You’ll be amazed by how many people want to lend a helping hand.

13. Eliminate “bad luck” from your vocabulary.
Those struggling financially in life have a way of creating bad luck for themselves. It’s a by-product of their habits. Poverty Habits, repeated over and over are like snowflakes on a mountainside. In time, these snowflakes build up until the expected fall—a preventable medical problem, a lost job, a failed marriage, a broken business relationship or a bankruptcy.
Conversely, successful people create their own unique type of good luck. Their positive habits lead to opportunities such as promotions, bonuses, new business and good health.

14. Know your main purpose.
It’s the last Rich Habit, but it might be the most important. Those people who pursue a dream or a main purpose in life are by far the wealthiest and happiest among us. Because they love what they do for a living, they are happy to devote more hours each day driving toward their purpose.
Odds are, if you are not making sufficient income at your job, it is because you are doing something you do not particularly like. When you can earn a sufficient income doing something you enjoy, you have found your main purpose.

Believe it or not, finding this purpose is easy. Here’s the process:

1. Make a list of everything you can remember that made you happy.
2. Highlight those items on your list that involve a skill, and identify that skill.
3. Rank the top 10 highlighted items in the order of joy they bring to you. Whatever makes you happiest of all gets 10 big points.
4. Now rank the top 10 highlighted items in terms of their income potential. The most lucrative skill of all is worth 10 points.
5. Total the two ranked columns. The highest score represents a potential main purpose in your life.

As you can see, the differences between rich and poor are simple—sometimes natural—but not insignificant. Aim to take up all of these habits, and you’re almost guaranteed to become better off.
You can change your life and reach your goals, all by making small tweaks to your daily routine.
