We experienced an incident where a customer used shouting and inappropriate language toward our staff.
STORY TIME:
Nung time na yan may isang lalaking customer na naghahanap ng microwavable which is yung product na yon OUT OF STOCK as of the moment sa store, kasi WALA PANG DELIVERY. Nag-offer naman yung bantay ng ibang product lalo't pagkain ang ilalagay nya, Ini-insist nya sa bantay na bibilhin nya ang display/sample na hindi naman po pwede bilhin kasi exposed sa labas since nakaopen na yun. (Display lang nga kasi)!
Nung hindi sya napagbigyan tumalikod sya at sinigawan nya yung bantay namin na "MAGSARADO NA KAMO"!
Not knowing na ang bantay po is PWD, and mas matanda sakanya.
LITERAL NA BASTOS AT WALANG RESPETO itong Lalaki na to! 😏🙄
