Music Meditation and Share a Meal Program at San Jose , Malilipot , Albay. Our humble way of comforting the affected residents of Barangay Calbayog due to Mayon Volcano eruption.

Take heart; Remembering Krishna makes it possible to have actual life.
When you remember Krishna big mountains seem like very small hills you can easily cross.
When you're not remembering Krishna even small hills look too hard.
When you remember Krishna you have courage facing difficulties & challenges.
When you forget Krishna even the smallest obstacles seem insurmountable, you experience frustration, anxiety, depression.
When you remember Krishna you experience hope.
We forget Krishna & experience hopelessness.
When we remember Krishna we experience purposefulness.
When we forget Krishna we experience life is without any purpose.
When we remember Krishna we are surcharged with spiritual strength.
When we forget Krishna we become spiritually weak.
When we forget Krishna we are like a blind person, we cant see which way to go or where to aim.
When We remember Krishna we can see very clearly what path to follow.
When We remember Krishna our hearts fill with love, appreciation & gratitude.
When we forget Krishna we have hate, anger, feeling resentful, jealousy.
When we remember Krishna we experience tolerance, patience, forgiveness.
When we forget Krishna forgiveness is beyond our reach. We cannot forgive those who offend us.
Simply by remembering Krishna we have life - with forgetfulness of Krishna we have darkness & death.

In the ancient yoga scripture Bhagavad Gita, it is stated:

“As the blazing fire turns firewood to ashes, O Arjuna, so does the fire of knowledge burn to ashes all reactions to material activities.”
— Bhagavad Gita 4.37

Self-realization is the most important knowledge—the understanding of our true self as an individual spirit soul and of our eternal spiritual connection with God as His loving servant. This transcendental knowledge is our protection from ignorance and material conditioning.

By the grace of our Gurudev, our spiritual master, we receive this divine knowledge. His love is unconditional, for without his guidance we continue to float in the darkness of material existence—uncertain of who we truly are, unaware of what to do and what not to do
Continually wasting our time.

Just as fire burns wood into ashes, spiritual knowledge burns away ignorance. With this realization, we humbly surrender ourselves to our Gurudev and to Krishna, the divine fire dwelling within everyone’s heart. May we together, we keep this inner fire alive—the fire of love for God—burning steadily within our hearts.

With this understanding, we humbly ask for guidance from our beloved Gurudev, with gratitude in our hearts. We seek forgiveness for our shortcomings and pray for the strength to always take shelter in the Holy Names of the Lord.

May we remain sincere, humble, and steadfast on this spiritual path, always remembering that by mercy alone—through the Guru and Krishna—we are guided from darkness into light.🙏

Merry Christmas.

This season is not the same for everyone. Some celebrate surrounded by family and friends, while others carry the quiet weight of loss—missing a loved one, or those who once made this day feel whole.

In stillness and contemplation, we return to the very essence of Lord Jesus Christ. His life reminds us that love is within every ones heart, that we can offer. In a meditative spirit, we are invited to place our most valuable love first in God, and from that source, allow it to flow outward—to others.

Even in grief, love remains. It may appear as a prayer, a memory, a breath, or a moment of silence. Loss reveals the depth of our capacity to love, and through Christ, that love becomes healing.

May this Christmas bring peace to the heart, strength to the weary, and the quiet assurance that experiencing love—rooted in God and shared with others—is more than enough.
