The OPAD–Civil Security Services held its regular Staff Meeting for the month of November 2025 on Friday, November 7, led by Mr. Simeon P. Bentican.

Among the key topics discussed were:
• The Inter-Agency Christmas Party
• The Office Christmas Party
• Updates on the Carnival at the CARAA Grounds
• Proper Grooming of Employees
• Acknowledgement and Appreciation of Security Guards who exemplify excellence in their duties
• IPCR, Salaries, and Bonuses of Regular Employees

Team OPAD–Civil Security Services in Action!

Led by Chief Security Officer Sir Simeon P. Bentican, our 36 Permanent Employees and 90 Job Order Personnel gathered to strengthen our service and operational excellence.

We were honored by the presence of Madam Remily T. Battikin, who shared valuable insights on HR policies, biometrics, and the proper use of uniforms—reinforcing our commitment to professionalism.

To promote health and wellness, the team also conducted exercise activities—because a fit body and a strong working habit go hand in hand in keeping our province safe, secure, and ready for action.
