Burnout doesn’t arrive big.
Nagsisimula yan sa small signs
na matagal mo nang tini-take for granted
kasi sinasabi mong “kaya pa.”
Pero deep inside, alam mong hindi na.
Here are the three things you need to fix
habang kaya mo pang huminto sandali…
1. Yung habit na ikaw ang sumasalo ng lahat.
You tell yourself malakas ka,
you tell yourself kaya mo…
pero hindi normal na ikaw ang operator,
taga-ayos, at taga-buhat ng buong business.
Pag ikaw lagi ang sandalan,
kahit gaano ka kagaling, mapapagod ka rin.
And that quiet pressure?
Yun yung unti-unting kumukuha ng lakas mo sa loob.
2. Yung belief na bawal kang magkamali.
High standards are good,
pero yung expectation na dapat perfect ka lagi,
yun ang nakakadrain.
Hindi masama magkamali.
Pero masama yung takot mo magkamali
kasi alam mong ikaw rin ang magaayos sa dulo.
You can’t grow if you’re scared to fail.
You can’t grow if you never rest.
3. Yung mindset na “kailangan ako para gumana lahat.”
Ito yung biggest trap.
Akala mo strength…
pero ito ang main reason ng burnout.
You were not made to be a one-man system.
Hindi ka dapat engine, operator,
at lifeline ng business mo.
The moment you build structure,
the moment you have support,
the moment may process nang tumutulong sayo…
dun mo mararamdaman yung freedom
na matagal mo nang hinahanap.
At minsan, God allows you to feel that tiredness
para makita mo na hindi mo kailangan buhatin mag-isa ang lahat.
You’re not born to stay tired.
You’re born to grow without losing yourself.
