HOW TO BE UNSTOPPABLE

When I had my first baby, I wanted to increase my income.
To do that, I needed to learn how to sell.
So I joined a networking company to get free training.
I told myself, “Selling is going to be easy peasy. Cuz' I’m good at speaking...”😎

OMG, was I dead wrong.
Selling was brutal.
I got rejected 9 out of 10 times!
And every time someone said “No”, it was very painful.
I took it personally.
It was like receiving a knockout punch in my gut.
In my mind, they weren’t rejecting my product.
They were rejecting ME.😩

One night, I travelled for 3 hours to make a sales presentation.
But not a single person said yes.
I felt so discouraged.
I went home with only one thought: I’ll quit this craziness.
Because I didn’t want to be rejected again.
It was just too painful.😭

But in the wee hours of the morning, as I lay in bed beside my wife and little baby, I knew I had no choice.
That was when I had this insane idea...
WHAT IF I EMBRACED PAIN AS A NORMAL PART OF LIFE?
What if I welcomed rejection, and even look for it, because it’s the only path to success?

I changed the meaning of rejection.
“Rejection = Loser” to “Rejection = Stronger”

If 9 out of 10 rejected me, that means 1 said yes.
So more rejections means more sales.

Here’s what I realized:
The moment I became COMFORTABLE WITH PAIN, I became UNSTOPPABLE.

In the next 12 months of selling, I earned a million pesos.

Today, after 15 years of going through a lot more rejection and pain, I own two businesses that earn 100x more.

Dearest Friend, this isn’t just about selling.

This truth applies in every area of life.

Do you want a happy marriage?
Are you praying for a successful career?
Or a profitable business?
Are you also searching for a life of deep fulfillment?
Are you longing for a strong relationship with God?

Each one of these projects require massive amounts of pain.

As long you avoid problems, you’ll never achieve your goal.

I repeat: When you become COMFORTABLE WITH PAIN, you become UNSTOPPABLE.

A man sees a snake burning in the flames and decides to free it from the fire. The snake bites him as soon as he catches it
And it causes the person excruciating pain. The person immediately throws the snake away and the snake falls back into the burning flame.
At this point the person looks around and finds a metal stick He uses the stick to save the snake from the flames
Another person who was watching the incident approached the person and asked him:
"This snake bite you! Why are you trying to save his life?"
