QUALIFICATIONS:
-College graduate of any business related courses.
-Age 20-30 years old
-Knows how to use Microsoft Office Applications
-Knowledge in MYOB,SAP, or any accounting system is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Prepares Accounts Payable Vouchers.
2.Ensures that Purchases and Expenses are recorded properly corresponding the month it was incurred.
3.Applies three-way matching to check the valuation and completion of documents received from purchasing department (PO) versus Supplier's invoice and Warehouse Receiving Report.
4.Accruals of expenses and purchases for the month during month end reports.
5.Monitors Employees Cash Advances and Advances - Suppliers.
6.Prepares BIR Form 2307.
7.Ensures that Utilities are paid on or before its due date.
8.Ensures that Payments are in accordance with Suppliers Credit Terms.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.
-Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
-Maintain QA documentation, records, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Implement and support HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 quality systems.
-Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-Conduct hygiene inspections and ensure sanitation practices are followed.
-Assist in internal and external audits for regulatory and certification compliance.
-Train staff on quality, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
-Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
