WE ARE HIRING: INVENTORY STAFF

CEBU BASED
Location: P. Basubas Street, Tipolo Mandaue Cebu City

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Staff to manage our stock records and ensure smooth inventory operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of all products, goods and supplies

• Conduct regular physical/cycle counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies

• Process, inspect and document all incoming and outgoing stock items

• Update inventory database/systems with accurate data (inflows, outflows, transfers)

• Prepare weekly/monthly inventory reports and stock status updates

• Ensure proper storage, labeling and organization of stocks to prevent loss or damage

• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and sales teams for inventory needs

✅ Requirements

• With or without experience; training will be provided (or: 1-2 years related experience is an advantage)

• Strong numerical skills, highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proficient in basic MS Office applications (especially Excel)

• Trustworthy, punctual and able to work with minimal supervision

MARKETING STAFF
☑️Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
☑️Fresh graduates may apply (if applicable)

SALES COORDINATOR
☑️Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
☑️Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or administrative work is an advantage

INVENTORY CLERK
☑️At least College Level or graduate of Business Administration, or related course
☑️Experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management is an advantage
☑️Knowledge of inventory procedures and stock control
☑️Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems

Experience Requirements;
☑️Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is an advantage
☑️Proven track record in achieving sales targets is preferred
☑️Experience with digital marketing and social media promotion is a plus
