📢 SERVICE ADVISORY | INTERNATIONAL CONNECTIVITY DISRUPTION
To our valued customers,
We would like to inform you that JMJTECH is currently affected by an ongoing international connectivity disruption involving InfiniVAN, one of our internet providers.
According to the latest advisory from InfiniVAN, its primary international capacity through the C2C submarine cable system remains unavailable. This may affect access to some websites, applications, and online services, and some customers may experience slower or intermittent connectivity.
To help minimize the impact, InfiniVAN is currently working to secure additional connectivity through other cable systems and transit providers, while also expanding its existing local connectivity.
InfiniVAN estimates that these mitigation efforts may take approximately two weeks to implement. Please note that this is only a current estimate and remains subject to provisioning and testing. There is still no confirmed restoration date at this time.
We understand that a stable internet connection is important, especially for work, school, and everyday activities. Our team is closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with our provider, and we will keep you updated as soon as further information becomes available.
