This Mental Health Awareness Month, we took meaningful steps to build a workplace rooted in care, understanding, and connection đ
We kicked off the month with âSwipe, Scroll and Support: Parenting Gen Z and Alphaâ featuring Dr. Andre Cifra. Participants gained practical tools to help children navigate the digital world while supporting their mental well-being. đŤ
Through our panel discussion on Psychological Safety, featuring Clare Pineda-Gatbonton (Psychological Practitioner), Gabrielle Rodriguez (Clinical Psychologist and Educator), and Marie Felipe (Mental Health Advocate & Chief Officer of the Learning and Development Committee), we opened honest conversations on trust and communication, empowering leaders to create safe spaces while maintaining healthy boundaries.
We also made space for connection and joy. From our Mental Health Week Bingo, bringing teams together through shared laughter to Walk the Talk, an actual walk where participants stepped outside and engaged in open, judgment-free conversations. Because sometimes, support begins with simply listening or being heard. đż
Because at Philtech, mental health isnât just a conversationâitâs a commitment we live every day đ¤
