We are looking for a Channel Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our global distributor network across Asia Pacific and the US.

Qualifications:
✅ 2–3 years of experience in a support or customer service role within a B2B sales environment
✅ Proven experience managing multiple distributor accounts (approximately 50–100 partners)
✅ Strong background in handling partner relationships and providing customer-focused support
✅ Experience responding to product inquiries, providing updates, and assisting distributors with software updates and solutions
✅ Sales experience or exposure to channel sales is highly preferred
✅ Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and partners across different regions
✅ Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends is a plus

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success with enterprise clients.

Qualifications:
✅ Minimum of 2 years of solid, direct, and verifiable experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management within a SaaS company
✅ Proven experience managing a portfolio of approximately 70–80 enterprise client accounts
✅ Strong background in managing enterprise customers and building long-term business relationships
✅ Experience providing ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with software upgrades
✅ Basic knowledge or exposure to cybersecurity is preferred (deep technical expertise is not required)
✅ Demonstrated experience in managing client renewals and retention, including renewal strategies and achieved retention results
✅ Experience using CRM platforms is required
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

We are looking for experienced Workforce Management professionals.

Real-Time Analyst (RTA) Qualifications:
✅ At least 2 years of experience as a Real-Time Analyst in a voice-based contact center environment
✅ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking
✅ Strong knowledge of contact center KPIs such as:
• Average Handle Time (AHT)
• Service Level
• Abandonment Rate
• Line Adherence
• Handling Capacity
• SIR

Scheduler Qualifications:
✅ 2–3 years of Workforce Management experience in scheduling, resource planning, or related WFM functions
✅ Hands-on experience with Genesys for schedule creation, maintenance, and workforce optimization
✅ Strong understanding of contact center performance metrics, including Service Level and AHT
✅ Ability to analyze staffing requirements and optimize workforce allocation
