To all our valued subscribers, please remember that the modem/ONU installed in your home remains the property of Galarde Information Technology Solutions and must be kept in a safe, dry, and properly ventilated area.

💧 If the modem becomes wet or water-damaged due to customer negligence, a replacement fee will apply.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Paying the replacement fee does NOT mean that the modem becomes your property. The fee only covers the replacement of equipment damaged due to negligence. The replacement modem/ONU will still remain COMPANY PROPERTY.

Normal equipment failures or defects not caused by the customer will remain subject to our standard inspection and replacement policy.

Please help us take care of company-issued equipment. If your modem becomes wet or damaged, report it to us immediately and do not attempt to open, repair, reset, or tamper with it.
