What started as an exploration inside Velocity is now a commercial agreement.

AdSpark has formally signed on with Netopia AI, bringing Predikta's behavioral simulation into its client work. Teams can now model how Filipino audiences may respond to creative, messaging, and audience strategy before a campaign goes live — built on Filipino audience data, not a borrowed lens.

"Velocity was built to bridge technology and real business challenges," said Vince Yamat, CEO and Managing Director of 917Ventures. "Seeing AdSpark and Predikta move from exploration to a formal partnership is exactly the outcome we're after."
