He is a pioneer in the Shared Services industry and was appointed the 2018 chair of the GICC HR Committee and the IBPAP Capability Building Committee. Among the awards he received are the Globe Excellence Award for Project Management and IBM HR Partnering for Project Diamond. He is a valuable transformation leader enabling structural and cultural transitions which earned him PMAP's Exemplar Award for People Management and People Program and a Gold Standard Award for Culture Creation from SSON. As a champion of wellness, he helped win the inaugural Asia CEO Wellness Company of the Year for Baker Mckenzie. Eric is recognized as one of the 100 Filipinos to follow on LinkedIn, one of the Philippines' Most Talented HR Leaders, and one of the 100 Global HR Heroes by the HR World Congress. Eric has a degree from the University of the Philippines as the year’s top psychology graduate.
