The October Visa Bulletin brings changes to EB-3 Final Action Dates (Chart A):

📌 All Chargeability Areas & Mexico: May 15, 2024 — a retrogression of 3 months and 17 days.

📌 Philippines: August 15, 2023 — an advancement of 14 days.
