I was looking at this painting and thought…
I don’t think AI will ever replace the work of a good Insurance Advisor.
AI is actually so powerful. Ang dami niya ngang kayang gawin~ it can write, analyze, calculate, and make our work so much easier!
And tbh, super helpful niya naman talaga. Pero habang tinitingnan ko ‘tong painting, napaisip ako.
There’s something different about work that carries a little piece of the person who made it. You can feel the patience, the intention, the imperfections, and the love for the craft.
There are moments in this profession that no technology can really replicate.
Care, concern, love.
Yung client na chine-check mo kahit years have passed, yung hindi mo pinipilit bumili because you know hindi pa kaya ng budget, yung nag-aalala ka because you know may family na umaasa sa kanya.
Oo, AI can give information, pero it can’t sit across the table and say, “Okay lang, pag-isipan natin.”
Because people don’t just need information. Minsan, kailangan lang nila ng someone who genuinely cares about what happens to them.
So, baka di naman talaga tayo dapat matakot or feel the need to compete with AI. Maybe, we just have to remember what makes us human.
Use AI for the things AI does best.
And bring your heart to the things only you can do.
Hindi lang naman kasi tayo nag-o-offer ng insurance. We’re protecting people we have chosen to care about.
Oo, AI can assist, pero it can never replace the heart behind it.🫀🤍
