We are hiring Customer Service Representative (VOICE ACCOUNT)

Responsibilities:
✅Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
✅Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and answering questions.
✅Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
✅Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
✅Collaborate with team members and management to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications:
✅Excellent verbal communication skills.
✅Strong problem-solving abilities.
✅Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
✅Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
✅Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
✅At least College Level
