1. Business Administration: Bachelor’s of Arts Degree
1) Program Description and Objective
- The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration (BA) program is designed to meet the educational needs of working adults in an ever-expanding global economy. The BA program emphasizes the study of accounting, management, marketing and economics which lays a foundation for later study in BA at the graduate M.B.A. level. Completion of the BA program requirements ensures that students will comprehend the relationships among marketing, quantitative theory, accountancy, economic principles, financial and human and organizational management. Furthermore, In keeping with the institution’s Statement of Purpose, this program seeks to enable students to integrate academic disciplines, Christian lifestyle, and an enriched cultural experience by offering the coursework that produces comprehensively prepared Christian business leaders.
2) Admission Requirements
- The following materials are required before a decision on admission can be made by the Admission Committee:
An official transcript indicating that the high school diploma has been granted should be submitted directly to Stanton University’s Office of Admissions and Records. If the high school diploma has not been granted at the time that the student applies for admission into the B.A. program, then the student — upon receipt of the high school diploma — should immediately make arrangements to have an official transcript sent to SU indicating that the high school diploma has been granted.
Application Form: an application is valid for one year.
3) Transfer Credit
SU accepts transfer credits only from institutions of higher learning approved by the Bureau for the Private Postsecondary Education (Bureau), public or private institutions of higher learning accredited by an accrediting association or agency recognized by the U. S. Department of Education, or any institution of higher learning, including foreign institutions, if the institution offering the undergraduate program documents that the institution of higher learning at which the units were earned offers degree programs equivalent to degree programs approved by the Bureau or accredited by an accrediting association/agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
General Education: 68 units
Degree Required Courses: 92 units

4) Degree Requirements
Successfully complete a minimum of 180 quarter units in BA coursework with a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.00 on a 4.0 scale.
Successfully complete the degree requirements within the time limit (six years) for completion of the B.A. degree.
The total coursework undertaken for the B. A. degree may be a combination of transfer credits and coursework completed at SU. Overall, a minimum of 45 units of the total unit requirement of 180 units must be completed in residence at SU, the remaining 135 quarter units may be satisfied through transfer credits that meets SU’s transfer credit policy.

2. Business Administration: MBA
1) Program Description
The Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program is designed to meet the educational needs of working adult managers in an ever-expanding global economy. The program emphasizes the identification, analysis, and solution of complex management problems within a context requiring both technical understanding and balanced decision making.
Management consists of the rational assessment of a situation and the systematic selection of goals and purposes; the systematic development of strategies to achieve these goals; the marshalling of the required resources; the rational design, organization, direction, and control of the activities required to attain the selected purposes, and finally, motivation and rewarding of people to do the work.
The M.B.A program provides adult learners with a comprehensive foundation for business decision making and prepares them to lead effectively in a rapidly changing business environment. The program has been structured with flexibility so as to serve holders of baccalaureate degrees in business administration as well as those who hold degrees in other disciplines.
Degree Required UNITES 60 units in total
2) Admission Requirements
The following materials are required before a decision on admission can be made by the Admission Committee:
Official transcripts of all academic work undertaken since graduation from high school should be submitted directly to Stanton University’s Office of admissions and Records. A final official transcript indicating that the bachelor’s degree has been granted should be submitted. If the bachelor’s degree has not been granted at the time that the student applies for admission into the M.B.A. program, then the student upon receipt of the bachelor’s degree should immediately make arrangements to have an official transcript sent directly to Stanton University indicating that the bachelor’s degree has been granted.
Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree program from a college or university accredited by an accreditation agency recognized by the US Department of Education, from an institution approved by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education, or from a national or international institution that meets these standards.

Application Form: an application is valid for one year.
3) Degree Requirements
A candidate for the Master’s Degree in Business Administration shall have:
Successfully completed an approved program in Business Administration with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better, while having received no more than two letter grades of less than a B and no letter grade of less than a C;
Successfully completed a minimum of 60 quarter units of coursework, at least 40 of which were completed in residence at SU and at least 12 Units of which were completed after Advancement to Candidacy;
Successfully completed all degree requirements within the maximum time limit allowed, five years, or within an officially approved time extension;
Successfully completed the Master of Business Administration Capstone Project, BA 750;
Filed all the necessary graduation forms in accordance with the timetable provided by the School of Business and Management, and
Settled all financial obligations to the University.

3. Korean Culinary Arts: Associate of Applied Science Degree
1) Program Description and Objective
The Associate of Applied Science Degree program in Culinary Arts with emphasis in Korean Cuisine is a 92-unit program defined by curriculum with courses of rigorous culinary training, food business management, and study of social and scientific aspects of food. This program focuses on providing the hands-on experience of Korean culinary practices along with a profound understanding of the nature of Korean food and ingredients. For successful completion of the program, students fulfill 24 units of General Education requirement in the areas of English, social science, humanity and math and science abided by the institutionally enforced general education requirements for associate degree programs. For the students who are fluent in Korean, the English Proficiency requirement will be waived. (The program is prepared in English and Korean).
The program is six (6) quarters in length. Part-time students are granted four (4) years or 12 quarters to complete the program. Students must obtain at least a 2.0 GPA (a “C”) in all courses completed upon which the degree is based.
The program is offered only at the Garden Grove Campus location.
2) Admission Requirements
Admission is open to applicants who meet the following criteria:
Persons who possess a high school diploma, a California high school proficiency exam certification, or a General Education Development (GED) certificate with an average score of 45 or higher.
Possess a Home Study Certificate, or transcript from a home study program that is equivalent to high school level that is recognized by the state of California.
If the person is beyond the age of compulsory high school attendance (18), but does not possess a high school diploma or equivalent, he/she may be admitted by the University on a provisional admission status.
Applicants who have completed high school, but are under 18 years old, may be admitted provided they will be 18 years old by the commencement of the fourth quarter of the program. A parent, legal guardian or spouse of legal age is required to cosign the Enrollment Agreement.

3) Graduation Requirements
A candidate for the Associate of Applied Science degree shall have:
Successfully complete minimum 92 quarter units of the A.A.S degree in KCA coursework, with a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Successfully complete the degree requirements within the Maximum Time Frame (MTF) allowed for the A.A.S degree, which is 1.5 times the program length. The program is normally six (6) quarters in length.
File all the necessary graduation forms in accordance with the timetable provided by the Department of Korean Culinary Art.
Settle all financial obligations to the University.
