: Sinu-sino ang mga pwedeng lumabas?
: MGA FRONTLINERS, sila po'y mga sumusunod:
โข Health Workers (Doktor, nurse, hospital/clinic employees)
โข Government officials at mga frontline personnel.
โข Pastors, priests, imams, at mga ibang religious ministers that are administering necrologic or funeral rights
โข Bank employees
โข Media
โข Security personnel
โข Mga OFWs na pabalik or pauwi (repatriated) na may aprubadong quarantine protocols
โข Mga non-OFWs na kinakailangan sumailalim sa mandatory facility-based quarantine.
โข Veterinarians and veterinary clinic employees
: Sinu-sino ang mga hindi pwedeng lumabas?

โข Persons below 21 years old
โข Persons 60 years old and above
โข Mga maysakit or high-risk/vulnerable sa sakit
โข Mga buntis
โข Mga taong naninirahan kasama ang mga nabanggit sa itaas.
* Exception - kapag ang purpose ng lakad ay may kinalaman sa essential goods & services.
* Magsuot ng face mask and observe the usual physical distancing.
โ๏ธ Epektibo pa rin ang CURFEW HOURS.
: May masasakyan na bang pampublikong sasakyan, jeeps, tricycles, bus?
: YES. Subalit mag-operate lamang sila at a "reduced capacity", meaning hindi po pwede yung usual na punuhan -- isaalang-alang lamang ang one (1) meter distance.
*Ang mga sasakyang pandagat at eroplano ay pwedeng bumyahe, only for food and cargo transfer. No passengers allowed.
: Anu-ano ang mga negosyo or establishments na bukas under GCQ?
: Mga essential goods at services; ito'y mga sumusunod:
โข Hospitals, medical clinics, dental and EENT clinics
โข Retail establishments (groceries, supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, drug stores and public markets)
โข Banks at capital markets
โข Food preparations/restaurants (take out only)
โข Logistics service providers (cargo handling, warehousing, trucking, freight forwarding, and shipping line)
โข Power, energy, water, IT & telecommunications supplies and facilities, waste disposal services, technical services
โข Postal and courier services
โข Veterinary activities
โข Security & Investigation activities
โข Programming & broadcasting activities
โข Rental & leasing activities (except for entertainment/mass gathering purposes)
โข Gasoline stations
โข Laundry shops (including self-service)
โข Funeral services
โข Export companies (with temporary accommodation and shuttle services; work from home arrangements)
โข Mining & quarrying

โ๏ธAng mga employers or employees ng mga nasabing negosyo or establishments ay kasama sa mga pwedeng lumabas, provided na mayroon silang company or IATF IDs, certification from work or business.
: Ano yung mga negosyo or establishments na hindi allowed mag-open?
: Mga may kinalaman sa "leisure or entertainment", these are:
โขGyms, fitness studios, sports facilities, bars, pubs, theaters, cinemas, libraries, museums
: Magbubukas na ba ang iskwelahan?
: Suspendido pa rin ang pasok. Subalit...
* Pinapayagan ng CHED ang mga higher education institutions sa pamamagitan ng flexible learning arrangements upang matapos ang school year 2019-2020;
* Mag-operate lamang sa limitadong kapasidad upang tanggapin ang requirements ng mga estudyante.
* Mag-prepare or maglabas ng kredensiyal ng mga esudyante
* This also means may pagkakataon na ring magtrabaho ang ilan sa ating mga teachers, base sa protocol ng DOH at CHED.
: Pinapayagan na ba ang mass gatherings?
: HINDI PO. Mass gatherings like movie screenings, concerts, sporting events, and other entertainment activities are STILL PROHIBITED and HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.
* Pinapayagan lamang ang essential work at religious gatherings as long as strict physical distancing is maintained.
: Bukas na ba ang Barber shops at Salons? Need na paganda o papogi.
: YES, but only allowed to operate at a maximum of 50% work-on-site arrangement, meaning "bawal ang sabay-sabay", to maintain physical distancing.
: Ano ang ibig sabihin ng Strict Border Checkpoint?
: It means na tanging ang residente lamang ng isang probinsiya, siyudad o barangay ang pwedeng makapasok o makauwi. Bawal muna ang "bisita".

Pakiusap lang po sana mga kabarangay, na huwag muna natin madalaiin ang proseso. Tama na po yung minsanang sakripisyo o hirap, kung kapalit naman nito'y kaligtasan at kaginhawaan para sa lahat.
Kooperasyon at koordinasyon lamang ang kailangan, upang lahat ng ating pinaghirapan ay hindi masayang.
