We're looking for a confident and personable Assistant Property Manager for one of our international clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing support to international real property management companies
- Analyzing reports received from management companies, spotting risks in the reports, flagging items of concern, seeking clarifications and making recommendations to the Client, and
implementing any decisions taken
- Monitoring vacancies, assessing vacancy reports
- Advertising for tenants, directly or through a third party
- Dealing directly with tenants, including handling queries and calling tenants if necessary
- Corresponding with other staff member and business partners
- Monitoring expenses
- Frequent reporting to Client by issuing reports in various formats that provide analytics
- Memo-taking, maintaining, organizing and archiving files and documents
- Diary management (scheduling of meetings, teleconferences and other company/official events, including travel arrangements and itineraries)
- Maintaining database and creating a methodology for internal organization
- Data entry/transcription
- Performing other administrative duties, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior experience in and strong working knowledge of the real estate industry (required)
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Confidence in dealing with top management and foreign clients
- Strong IT literacy, esp. in MS Office (e.g. Excel) and Google programs (i.e. Google Drive)
- Keen attention to detail and time management skills
- High degree of initiative, with the ability to understand the end-goal and work to achieve that goal with minimal supervision
- Ability to spot risks that need to be escalated and autonomously manage those that do not
- Tenacious when following-up on outstanding matters and seeing projects through to conclusion

- Strong organization skills to ensure no details are forgotten and left unresolved
- Strong work ethics and a team-player attitude
- Willing to work on an 8-hour night shift (starts at 7:00 or 8:00 PM, PHT) and willing to work flexible hours, when necessary
- Willing to support ad hoc work, as required
- If circumstances require a work from home arrangement – must have a laptop or desktop and stable
