COMPANY BACKGROUND

LIVINGWATER SYSTEM INCORPORATED (LWSI), was originally named Livingwater Filtration and Refilling Station (LWFRS). It was started by the PRADES FAMILY as a sole proprietorship in November 2004. The VISION then was very simple. Set-up ten (10) water refilling station (WRS) within Metro Manila and project a conservative monthly income of at least fifty thousand pesos (Php50,000.00) per station. This shall enable the family to earn around half a million peso monthly income that is more than enough to sustain their needs.

Way back then, the FAMILY was able to SEE the STABILITY and POTENTIAL of the BUSINESS. They believed that as long as people DRINK water, they shall have a LIFETIME business and of course a LIFETIME INCOME. Hence, ARMED with this BELIEF and the DESIRE to provide CLEAN, SAFE & HEALTHY DRINKING WATER at a very AFFORDABLE cost for EVERYONE, the FAMILY brought in FUTURISTIC IDEAS and INNOVATIONS into the LWFRS in anticipation of BIGGER future MARKET DEMAND.

The company was the FIRST to introduce THREE (3) TYPES of potable drinking water way back in 2005. The PURIFIED, MINERAL and ALKALINE. The FIRST OF ITS KIND in the market. This innovative idea provided LWFRS’ customers the option to chose based from their preferences whether for price, for taste or for health. It was also this idea that placed the LWFRS into the map of CREDIBLE and WORTHY water filtration and refiling station among thousands of water filtration and refilling stations in the Philippines. This futuristic and innovative idea of the FAMILY is the reason about the UNIQUENESS and COMPETITIVENESS of the COMPANY until now.

Similarly, in 2005, with the increasing demand for CLEAN, SAFE & HEALTHY DRINKING WATER and with the increasing popularity of the FRANCHISING BUSINESS CONCEPT, the FAMILY, again made a BIGGER and BOLDER move. They made their LWFRS into a franchising business. In 2005, LWFRS is the only company that offered a franchise accustomed to the needs of their clients. Aside from giving tailor fit solutions unique to the needs of their business partners, LWFRS also offered several cost effective business packages like instalment franchising schemes of up to thirty six (36) months with no interest.
