We’re looking for a high-level short-form video editor who really understands TikTok,not just how to edit, but why certain videos stop the scroll.

If you know how pacing, captions, and storytelling drive retention, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:
✅ Edit 21 TikTok videos per week (30–60 seconds each)
✅ Turn raw weekly footage into polished, daily content
✅ Create edits in the Ashton Hall style (pacing, captions, music, storytelling)
✅ Write captions and select music aligned with trends

What we’re looking for:
✔ Deep understanding of short-form content performance
✔ Proven experience editing TikTok-style videos
✔ Ability to independently repurpose raw footage
✔ Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent with deadlines

Nice to have:
➕ Experience creating similar content
➕ Willingness to suggest ideas to improve performance
