Is the contract of agency revocable at the sole will of the principal?

"A contract of agency is generally revocable because it is a personal contract of representation based on trust and confidence reposed by the principal on his agent. As the power of the agent to act depends on the will and license of the principal he or she represents, the power of the agent ceases when the will or permission is withdrawn by the principal. Thus, generally, the agency may be revoked by the principal at will.

However, an exception to the revocability of a contract of agency is when it is coupled with interest, e.g., if a bilateral contract depends upon an agency, or if it is the means of fulfilling an obligation already contracted."

Does non-payment of Debts or non-payment of obligation automatically equate to a fraudulent act?

No. In the case of Dumaran vs. Llamedo et. al, the Supreme Court held that "Non-payment of debts or non-performance of an obligation does not automatically equate to a fraudulent act. Being a state of mind, fraud cannot be merely inferred from a bare allegation of non-payment of debt or non-performance of obligation."

Are tax declarations conclusive proof of ownership?

In the case of spouses Ponce vs. Aldanese, the Supreme Court held that, while the tax declaration is not conclusive proof of ownership over a subject land, it is an indication however that he possesses the property in the concept of an owner for nobody in his or her right mind would be paying taxes for a property that is not in his or her actual or constructive possession.
