For Maria Viven, a decade at Ingram Micro has been shaped by continuous learning, new responsibilities, and the trust she has earned along the way. Hi, Iโ€™m Gez! Iโ€™m a Professional Associate from the Customer Journey, and Iโ€™ve spent eight years growing my career at Ingram Micro.

I started as an Associate II in Operations and gradually found new opportunities in process improvement, onboarding, and training. Today, I help simplify workflows, create training materials, and support new hires as they build confidence in their roles.

The moments I value most are seeing someone progress from learning a process for the first time to working independentlyโ€”and even being recognized for their performance. Knowing I helped make that journey easier gives my work real meaning.

Outside work, I build miniature houses, collect action figures, complete scene sticker projects, and spend time with my three cats. These hobbies remind me that patience, attention to detail, and consistent effort can turn small steps into something meaningful.
