🧑‍💻Job Description
• Source prospects from various channels within an assigned territory.
• Make around 100 outbound calls and conduct email marketing using a database of prospective customers.
• Entering prospect information into the company’s CRM and other systems.
• Taking and entering orders into the company's system.
• Managing accounts and client relationships.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

✅Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in lead generation, lead scrubbing or outbound telemarketing, preferably within a Call Center/BPO environment dealing with US or Canadian businesses or US government agencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• A typing speed of at least 50 Words Per Minute (WPM) with a minimum accuracy of 95%.
• Willingness to work in the evening shift, starting from 8:00 PM Manila Time.
