Resource Speakers for the Training on Workplace Accountability, Personnel Productivity, and Work Attitude & Values Enhancement

As part of Christ's Church Ortigas' commitment to being a blessing to communities through leadership development and servant leadership, Dr. Milani Pagauitan, CCO Missions Director and Chief Operations Officer of TACT Consultants, together with Professor Henry Pagauitan, Director for Training of TACT Consultants and Pastor of Christ's Church Ortigas, served as Resource Speakers during the two-day Training on Promotion of Workplace Accountability for Enhancement of Personnel Productivity and Seminar on Work Attitude and Values Enhancement held on May 19–20, 2026 in Naic, Cavite.
The invitation was extended by the Office of the Municipal Agricultural and Biosystems Engineer (MABE), Municipality of Naic, Cavite, in recognition of their experience in organizational development, leadership training, and values formation. The training gathered personnel from the different divisions under the Municipal Agriculture Office, including Agricultural Crops, Fishery, Veterinary Services, Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, and Cooperative Services.
Objectives of the Training
The seminar aimed to:
• Promote a culture of workplace accountability among government personnel.
• Improve individual and team productivity through greater ownership and responsibility.
• Strengthen positive work attitudes and professional values.
• Foster teamwork, integrity, discipline, and excellence in public service.
• Equip employees with practical strategies to improve workplace relationships and organizational performance.
Highlights of the Training
Throughout the two-day seminar, participants actively engaged in lectures, workshops, group discussions, case studies, role-playing activities, and team-building exercises designed to encourage reflection and practical application.
Day 1: Promotion of Workplace Accountability for Personnel Productivity
Key topics included:

• Accountability as the Foundation of Organizational Excellence
• Barriers to Accountability in the Workplace
• Practical Strategies for Building a Culture of Accountability
• Leadership Through Ownership and Integrity
• Accountability Tools and Action Planning
Participants examined real workplace situations, identified accountability gaps within their offices, and developed practical action plans that could be implemented in their respective divisions.
Day 2: Work Attitude and Values Enhancement
The second day focused on strengthening the character and mindset of public servants through sessions on:
• Developing Positive Work Attitudes
• Professionalism in Public Service
• Integrity, Excellence, Discipline, and Commitment
• Growth Mindset and Continuous Improvement
• Teamwork and Respect in the Workplace
• Building a Positive Organizational Culture
Interactive workshops challenged participants to evaluate their own attitudes, identify areas for improvement, and commit to becoming positive contributors to their organization.
Participant Engagement
The participants demonstrated enthusiasm and openness throughout the seminar. Group activities encouraged collaboration across different divisions, allowing personnel to share experiences, discuss workplace challenges, and identify practical solutions together.
