🚨 SERVICE UPDATE 🚨

We have already identified the cause of our current internet interruption.

Due to the recent severe weather conditions, the power pole where our napbox containing RCS network equipment is installed was damaged/destroyed. This has affected our network connection, resulting in the current service interruption. 🌧️⚡📡

At the moment, we are still waiting for the concerned authority to repair and restore the damaged power pole. Our team is continuously monitoring the situation and following up to help get the service restored as soon as possible.
