Lester (Lester Blazo) works with dance as a form of expression. For him, movement becomes a language of its own, one that communicates emotion, confidence, and individuality without the need for words.

Inspired by the street dancers in his community, he discovered that dance isn’t about being perfect. It’s about allowing the music to move you, showing up authentically, and finding the confidence to grow with every class, rehearsal, and performance.

That same mindset carries into his work. Dance has taught him to stay present, adapt quickly, and connect with others with intention, qualities that continue to shape the way he supports customers every day.

For Lester, creative practice is a space to explore, grow, and become a different version of himself each day.

Dev () works with photography as a way of documenting everyday life, not just his own, but the lives of strangers, families, and the fleeting moments that quietly shape the world around them.

Drawn to street photography, he captures what feels raw, unexpected, and real. Through crowded streets, passing expressions, and unnoticed routines, his work reflects an awareness of the realities that exist around us every day. For him, photography becomes more than collecting images, it becomes a way of observing, preserving, and sharing moments people might otherwise overlook.

Outside of work, creativity lives in photowalks, small moments of curiosity, and the simple act of carrying a camera through the city, allowing everyday life to unfold naturally in front of the lens.

Joseph (Joseph Linao) works with drawing as a way of building worlds and bringing ideas to life. Inspired by manga and web comics, he sees art as a space where characters, stories, and imagination can take shape beyond the page.

Having drawn since grade school, his practice has grown into something lifelong – driven by the goal of creating a comic of his own someday. Each sketch becomes part of that process, a way of learning how to translate the worlds in his head into something others can step into.

For him, creating is also about the simple joy of making - putting marks on paper, focusing on something beyond work, and sharing what feels meaningful through art.
