Dev () works with photography as a way of documenting everyday life, not just his own, but the lives of strangers, families, and the fleeting moments that quietly shape the world around them.

Drawn to street photography, he captures what feels raw, unexpected, and real. Through crowded streets, passing expressions, and unnoticed routines, his work reflects an awareness of the realities that exist around us every day. For him, photography becomes more than collecting images, it becomes a way of observing, preserving, and sharing moments people might otherwise overlook.

Outside of work, creativity lives in photowalks, small moments of curiosity, and the simple act of carrying a camera through the city, allowing everyday life to unfold naturally in front of the lens.

Joseph (Joseph Linao) works with drawing as a way of building worlds and bringing ideas to life. Inspired by manga and web comics, he sees art as a space where characters, stories, and imagination can take shape beyond the page.

Having drawn since grade school, his practice has grown into something lifelong – driven by the goal of creating a comic of his own someday. Each sketch becomes part of that process, a way of learning how to translate the worlds in his head into something others can step into.

For him, creating is also about the simple joy of making - putting marks on paper, focusing on something beyond work, and sharing what feels meaningful through art.

Czymon () works with painting as a form of release. When thoughts stay quiet but vivid, painting becomes a way to bring them out – translating what lives within into something real.

Having drawn since childhood, he found a deeper connection through painting – one that allows him to move beyond structure and simply listen to his own thoughts and emotions. Each piece becomes a reflection of what’s felt but not always spoken.

For him, creating is both expression and connection. A way to sit with his emotions, make sense of them, and share something others can see, feel, and interpret in their own way.
