Here are 2 simple ways to take back some of that time:

👉 Tip #1: One-touch rule
If it takes less than 2 minutes, handle it right away.
If not, set it aside and come back to it—no need to let it pile up.

👉 Tip #2: Use templates
If you’ve sent the same reply a few times this week, save it.
It keeps things consistent and saves you time.

I use a simple email system for my clients to keep everything organized and manageable—without the overwhelm.

Prompt:

Analyze the uploaded image and preserve the original subject, composition, and lighting. Do not alter the identity or structure of the main subject. Add playful, hand-drawn doodles that interact directly with the subject in the image.
