To clarify, Maria Delacruz has never been part of Happy Speak Peter and has never applied to our company.

Furthermore, Happy Speak Peter does not authorize or permit any individual to offer private tutorials or solicit private students in exchange for tutorial fees while representing or using the name of our company. Any such transaction or arrangement is strictly prohibited and is not an official service or activity of Happy Speak Peter.
