PREMIUM PACKAGE – 20 Containers per month with free use of 1 unit water dispenser
Minimum purchase of 5 containers per week or 20 containers per month
Free use of 1 unit Water Dispenser for every 5 per week as service unit only

hin the contract term, but damage and loss are chargeable against you. You have the option, however, to buy the containers for you to own
P40.00 per container and this price is fixed within the term of the agreement
On-cal free delivery at your option of either monthly, weekly or per purchase payment
You are qualified to avail of the rent-to-own of 1 to 3 units water dispensers
Contract term and cancellation are at the discretion of both parties. However, you have the option for cancellation before the end of contract term upon proper notice to us
REGULAR PACKAGE – 8 containers per month with Rent-to-Own 1 unit water dispenser
Minimum purchase of 2 containers per week or 8 containers per month at P50.00 per container
Provision of 1 unit Water Dispenser with monthly rental fee of P400 (payable monthly) up to 12 months only. You will own the dispenser after the 12-monthly straight payments
Free use of containers within the contract term, but damage and loss are chargeable against you. You have the option, however, to buy the containers for

On-call free delivery and the contents to be immediately paid in cash
Contract term is 1 year and renewal thereafter. Cancellation of contract before the end of the 1-year term shall forfeit the rent-to-own privilege
ORDINARY PACKAGE – at least 3 containers free delivery
Minimum purchase of 3 containers per transaction at P100 per 3 containers
Containers to be provided by you or you can buy from us
No contract needed
Purchases of more than 10 containers is priced at P30 per container only
On-call free delivery and the contents to be immediately paid in cash
OTHER PACKAGEs – open to suit your needs
Terms and conditions can be arranged. Warranty on spare parts is limited only to normal use of the water dispenser. If there are parts needed to be replaced, they will be replaced for free provided that the defect was due to normal wear and tear of the unit/s. Damage spare parts due to disasters such as fire, lightning, flood, typhoon, earthquake, riots and/or any form accidents or those caused by negligence will not be covered by VITRUWASCO but shall be at your risk and cost which will be charged to you accordingly. The water dispenser service unit/s and containers used by you under this contract shall remain the property of VITRUWASCO and these will not be withdrawn for as long as your exclusive purchase from us is on-going. You are prohibited to make any alteration on the water dispenser service unit/s, and are not allowed to sub-lease, mortgage or exercise any act of ownership over the water dispenser unit/s. Either party may cancel the agreements for any reason by submitting a written notice fifteen (15) days prior to returning/withdrawing the water dispenser/s and containers. The term of supply contract will start on our agreed date and shall continue to effect until terminated by both parties or upon notice from your end.
