Today, we had the opportunity to join the , an inspiring learning and networking event by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region VII โ Central Visayas and Cebu Provincial Capitol in partnership with TikTok Shop and Converge.
One of the highlights of the event was the learning session with DTI on the Internet Transactions Act of 2023 (Republic Act No. 11967). It was a valuable opportunity to better understand the responsibilities of businesses in the growing digital marketplace, especially when it comes to online transactions, consumer protection, and building trust with customers. ๐ฑ๐ป
We also gained practical insights into TikTok Shopโfrom how to become a seller, effective selling strategies and best practices, understanding community standards, and even exploring opportunities through the TikTok Affiliate Program. ๐ฅ๐๏ธ
Another valuable part of the roadshow was learning more about Converge SME and their business solutions. Reliable connectivity is an important part of running a modern business, and it was great to learn about solutions designed to help SMEs stay connected, communicate efficiently, support their digital operations, and keep up with the demands of an increasingly online marketplace. ๐๐ผ
