IES Kamay Kapatid Kamay-Kapatid is an outreach program of Ilaya Elementary School District of Tanay I. Kamay - Kapatid Program is an outreach Program of Ilaya Elementary School.

The word "Kamay-Kapatid or Brother's Hand" means whatever help Ilaya Elementary pupils extend to other schools children is a help from their brother and sisters. School children share their extra toys, books, used clothes, school supplies and other things they have to our adopted schools. Aside from gift giving, there are also storytelling and playing with the street children. Also in this progra
