Every workplace has its routines.
The morning greetings. Coffee before the first meeting. Conversations during lunch.
At our office, there's one more tradition, we're greeted by PANDA, our unofficial Chief Happiness Officer!
Panda wasn't always part of our team. He was a stray who found his way to our office, and over time, he found something more than a place to visit. Our CEO, Ms. Demie, has made sure he had a safe space in our office, and from then on, Panda became part of our daily routine.
Every morning, Panda is usually there to "welcome" everyone as they arrive for work. Around lunchtime, you'll often find employees taking a quick break to play with him. And, of course, Panda knows exactly when it's mealtime, he never misses it!
He comes and goes as he pleases, but he always finds his way back to OSREM, where he found a home.
While Panda doesn't have an employee ID or attend meetings, he reminds us of the kind of workplace we strive to build. A workplace where kindness isn't reserved for big moments, it shows up in the small, everyday choices. Looking out for one another. Taking time to care. Creating an environment where everyone feels welcome.
Because culture isn't defined by what's written on the walls.
It's reflected in how we treat people, and sometimes, even the four-legged visitors who become part of the family.🐾
