Under the Ease of Paying Taxes (EOPT) Act, taxpayer categories are based on annual gross sales thresholds:
Micro: Less than โ‚ฑ3,000,000

Small: โ‚ฑ3,000,000 to < โ‚ฑ20,000,000
Medium: โ‚ฑ20,000,000 to < โ‚ฑ1,000,000,000
Large: โ‚ฑ1,000,000,000 and above
