Why is there so much stigma around taking a day off when your mind doesn't feel so good?

For some reason, or maybe no reason at all, you just can't do it today, and that's okay!

Take the time you need to rest, to find inspiration, to remember all the little things that bring you happiness. It's those little things that remind you for who you are, and why you do what you do.

Your mind isn't always meant to be "on". Normalize accepting this and stop forcing yourself to "just get through it".

Look after your mind and see what you are capable of. Find that balance😊

I can't begin to explain the feelings I had when reading this review from one of my wonderful clients. Nate is a client from few months ago before my wedding. It made my day to say the least. 🤗

I am beyond grateful and happy that I get to work along side beautiful humans such as this one and build a connection to each and every one of them. Let's just say I love what I do. 🥰😊

I have been quiet for a month now, why?

Coz this past weekend, I took a much needed break (just beaching, coffee coffee) after having a busy wedding preparation month of May.

I have so much to say about the love I've found, the years we've all been through, and my gratefulness for our future together.

Now more than ever I am reminding myself this!

We may be stuck inside (quarantining), and we may be deeply missing loved ones, but it is still so important to enjoy the little things! ❤️
Monday’s are notoriously known as the worst day of the week for many, due to having to go back to work after the weekend.

So even on a ‘miserable’ Monday, try to enjoy the little things!🌞❤️💃🌷. Those little things could be growing your engagement over the weekend, or simply sitting down with a cup of coffee and taking a nap with your niece for a few minutes.

Whatever it is for you, remember to reflect and just enjoy 🌸
