Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) reminds all students to strictly observe the prescribed dress code and uniform schedule as part of the University's commitment to professionalism, discipline, and institutional identity.

Students are advised to wear the appropriate uniform assigned for each day and ensure that their attire complies with the University's established guidelines. The official TAU Identification Card (ID) must likewise be worn visibly at all times while inside the campus to facilitate proper identification and enhance campus security.

All members of the University community are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the approved dress code policies and uniform schedule.

Special Schedule for Vehicle Gatepass Sticker Processing (FY 2026)
The Business and Auxiliary Services (BAS) will conduct a special schedule for the processing of Vehicle Gatepass Stickers for FY 2026 from:
📅 January 22, 2026 to February 06, 2026
Morning Schedule
⏰ 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
📍 Administration Guard Front Desk (Admin Building)
During the morning schedule, a BAS staff and a designated Security Officer will be stationed at the Administration Guard Front Desk (Admin Building) to assist applicants and conduct orientation on the University’s traffic rules and regulations.
After the morning schedule, the processing of vehicle gatepass stickers will continue at the BAS Office in the afternoon.
Gatepass Processing Procedure:
1️⃣ Submission of Application Form and Documentary Requirements
– Administrative Guard Front Desk (morning) / BAS Office (afternoon)
2️⃣ Orientation on University Traffic Rules and Regulations
– Conducted by the designated Security Officer
– Administrative Guard Front Desk (morning)
3️⃣ Securing of Order of Payment
– Accounting Office
4️⃣ Payment of Fees
– Cashier’s Office
5️⃣ Issuance of Vehicle Gatepass Sticker – Administrative Guard Front Desk

✔️ For 2025 Vehicle Gatepass Sticker Holders:
Only updated or renewed documents are required, if already expired.
✔️ For New Applicants:
Submission of all required documentary requirements is mandatory.
All concerned stakeholders are advised to observe the schedule and follow the prescribed procedure to ensure a smooth and orderly transaction.
