To all our valued customers at the Hive Residences:
It came on my attention that some people are impersonating our business as CRM Water Refilling Station though working from other water station. I just want to clarify that we do not have a staff that is long hair and quite small in build. Secondly, we maintain our water product i.e. by backwashing twice a week, monthly filter change and every month water test analysis as we also cater for other companies like SM Taytay, Veterans Bank, Modan Loft and even the Sales Office of the Hive itself, etc. We just want to prevent that due to this impersonation incident, some tenants might think that we are the who delivered your water needs and if there are any concerns with the product, taste of water for example, that it could be taken against us.
In line with this, kindly put a note if you will leave your gallons outside your respective unit—“For CRM pick up” or you can simply ask what is my name as the owner.
Surely appreciate your understanding with this matter. I want to make sure that I maintain professional and healthy water product environment on each of your Home.
