However, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 if the power interruption extends beyond the capacity of our backup systems or if power-related issues affect network facilities outside of IT911's control.

If your internet connection does not automatically restore after commercial power resumes, please restart your modem and router. If the issue persists, our Customer Support team will be ready to assist you.

‼️𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝗧𝟵𝟭𝟭 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀‼️

In line with the announced temporary power interruption by Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) today, May 15, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, some areas in Barangay Pinagbuhatan may experience power loss due to the rotational brownout implementation.

✅ 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀: Our IT911 network facilities are equipped with backup power supply, so our internet service is expected to remain active during the scheduled outage.

⚠️ However, subscribers whose homes do not have backup power (such as generator, UPS, or power station) may still temporarily lose internet access because their modem/router will be without electricity during the brownout period.

𝗪𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗼:
• Charge devices ahead of time
• Keep modems/router unplugged if needed for safety
• Prepare backup lighting and power sources if available

The NGCP has raised YELLOW and RED ALERTS today due to shortages in power supply and power reserves from Luzon power plants.

YELLOW ALERT: 3:01 PM – 4:00 PM | 10:01 PM – 11:00 PM

RED ALERT affected areas may experience power outages from 4:01 PM – 10:00 PM.

Power Supply Update as of May 14, 2026, 1:30 PM:

The NGCP has raised YELLOW and RED ALERTS today due to shortages in power supply and power reserves from Luzon power plants.

YELLOW ALERT: 2:01 PM – 3:00 PM | 10:01 PM – 12:00 MN

RED ALERT affected areas may experience power outages from 3:01 PM – 10:00 PM.
