Being a Customer Service Representative means wearing many hats — listener, problem-solver, brand ambassador, and sometimes even a customer’s favorite part of their day.
What I love most about this role is how it teaches patience, builds communication skills, and reminds us that kindness and understanding can truly change someone’s perception of a brand.
