Data Puller – Qualifications
✅ Senior High Graduate or Bachelor’s degree holder
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
✅ Basic knowledge of SQL or data tools is a plus
✅ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
✅ Ability to extract, clean, and organize data
✅Good analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong time management and communication skills
✅ Experience in data entry, reporting, or BPO is an advantage
Cold Caller – Qualifications
✅ Previous sales, telemarketing, or BPO experience preferred
✅ Excellent communication and persuasion skills
✅ Confident speaking with clients over the phone
✅ Ability to handle objections and rejections
✅ Goal-driven and results-oriented
✅ Basic computer skills (CRM/dialer experience is a plus)
✅ Strong work ethic and time management
✅ Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
